Service not provided, customer service not replying
Specific host needed is listed as online but doesn't work. Request through ticketing system only. They claim they'll answer in 24 hours but it has been three days. It seems I'll have to file a request for a chargeback. I obviously do not recommend this service.

Did not like the Customer service
Most of the time servers will be down, and no proper response from the customer support. I wouldn't recommend this service.

Very bad service
Very bad service. I can't recommend deepbrid. I bought a membership for 1 month. It is also my fault to not read the reviews beforehand. All the filehoster I need is marked as online, but still the download never starts. Always "hoster disabled for maintenance" or "Link dead or filehoster not supported" even if the file is online. Just sometimes, if you are very lucky and the moon is at the right place, you may get a download. Do not fall for the "cheap" price, you will get no service and ...

Die im Status als online angegebenen Hoster, sind beim dem Generieren des Download-Links nicht erreichbar.Der User wird mit dem Hinweis: "Fehler: Filehoster ist zur Wartung vorübergehend deaktiviert" abgespeist, während andere Multi-Premium-Downloader den Link problemlos erstellen.Seit 14 Tagen bin ich bei Deepbrid.com Premium-Mitglied - bisherige Downloads: NullAuf meine Supportanfrage wurde bisher nicht reagiert.

I have been using it for a long time as a premium member. It was good initially but it doesn't work anymore. I have chased site admin to know the reason but didn't get a reply from anyone. In fact, when I commented on their Facebook page, the admin simply deleted my comment and blocked me. BEWARE of signing up. Now the admin has locked my account since I have written a review here. I have provided the proof with Trustpilot team already. Note: The positive reviews you see here are fake.
