It works perfectly even in countries…
It works perfectly even in countries outside EU and USA. Both legal compliance and tax brackets are adjusted accordingly so there is no issue with employing remote workers from "third world" countires.

It's a good platform
It's a good platform, really. And as long as it works and serves its purpose I'm fine with it. I think the biggest advantage of Deel, is the tax compliance such as automated forms 1099, W8, W9 etc.
