Amazing Customer Care Team
Mohid stayed true to his promise to forward my concern to the right department and provided the right time frame and sent me a follow-up. Also, including Roger who provided me an update when I contacted back. It was my fault at first but they helped me fix it ASAP with no hassle. Great team!

Quick and Polite Service Despite my Emergency
I came in with an emergency when it appeared like one of our contractors didn't get paid. I logged in on a Sunday morning and after briefly explaining the issue the very helpful and pleasant customer service rep was able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes. After a few more minutes where every single question I had was answered, the agent went above and beyond and offered to email the contractor in question directly to notify them they needed to sign their amended contract including ...

I have been using deel for over a year…
I have been using deel for over a year to receive most of my freelancing payments, and deel has always provided payments on time and also I was able to receive the advance payments from deel when i need em.
