Super responsive support
Super responsive support! It's refreshing in this day and age. The UI is slick and everything is self-service. When I had a question I was able to get connected with a support agent in SECONDS. Shout out to Eli, he's awesome!

Amazing experience as Deel's trusted Headhunter
I'm Deel's external Headhunter for LatAm and I can certainly say that it has been an amazing journey to work side by side. Hiring managers are SO talented, the experience for candidates is amazing, as well as my experience (as a trusted partner). My only suggestion for improvement would be to: 1. Have a process for sending invoices and collecting money easier. 2. Open the possibility of being paid through Deel's platform when an invoice is sent.

Amazing resolution
Got to love the Deel service, while things can go wrong once in a while, the way a company deals with it and the support is what differentiates great services. Case in point just had the COO go over my issue with me (since it is a fringe case) helping with the problem solving. And being friendly and accepting my complete lack of knowledge at the same time. Great service! Hard to argue with that level of customer dedication!

Ex-remote -> Deel
Deel saved us. we're an ex- remote client, usually don't write reviews but tbh couldn't hold back. A lot to say, but the expectations VS reality for remote.com is a sad/massive gap. Deel it, trust.
