Valuable support for a complex situation
My situation was complex but thankfully Deel went above and beyond to help me resolve it! I'm based in Canada and have 50% ownership in a US c-corp. I was just starting to pay myself as an employee via Deel and initially there was some confusion about whether I would have to withhold US taxes. However, Deel went the extra mile to explain tax implications and the various options I had through their service. I feel confident I'm set up on the right plan and it's great value for the cost.

I had an issue with the 2FA because I…
I had an issue with the 2FA because I switched phones and wiped the old one and i didn't migrate the Auth app to the new one (note to self: never do that again). Bukola was there in 2 minutes and thanks to Her quick response and very efficient communication, everything was fixed in <10m. Thanks Deel for the flawless support!
