I had a very hard time verifying my account but thanks to this awesome guy (Rich Martin) from Deel's chat and email support. He made verification so smooth and easy that it took all my worries away. He also did an extra mile by sending me an email that my account was verified. See? This is what we really call customer service. Five stars! Excellent customer service
I had multiple interactions with a few different customer service agents regarding the Deel card delivery. My honest opinion is that each and every agent was very helpful and prompt on each response. Would recommend this platform to anyone.
