It´s an amazing platform
It´s an amazing platform. You can withdraw your money through Coinbase, Paypal, Payoneer, Revolut, Bank account, etc. with minimum commission. You can also ask for a debit card which you can use to pay online and on stores (only the physical card for stores). I do recommend Deel

Using Deel for several months. I have never met a customer support service better. They have a great competence to answer any complex or dumb question I ask them. Also, I feel it is straightforward to use the app and its features. // Not a con but still worth mentioning: Deel is very sticky to their internal guidelines and not really up to any deviations.
