Deel: Advance Feature
Deel platform allows you to perform an action called: "Advance". As an independent contractor, often times I happen to find myself in a situation where I need funds in a pinch, so I request Deel to borrow me a certain amount that I will eventually pay off in my next biweekly invoice. Incredible experience getting an H1B
I worked with Ahmed Mousa to get an H1B at a startup I was cofounding. Ahmed was, in short, incredible to work with. What do you like best about Deel? - We like the ease of use, the ability to use our own contract templates, the simplicity of onboarding team members, the speed or running payroll and making adjustments and the hassle-free way of funding the account.

Waiting less than expected.
I was expecting a wait of at least 15-20 minutes. To my surprise, I received an answer in about 5 minutes, and all subsequent answers were as such. Rick was a very nice agent who answered in proper time and manner. He resolved my problems quickly and gave me instructions as to how I should proceed. Overall, a very good experience.
