Deel manage pretty well the experience…
Deel manage pretty well the experience for employees and contractors, i experienced both flows. Deel did a great job requesting all the information they need to make payments in Ecuador, using clear content and an onboarding process you have not any confusion about Taxes and compliance docs for example. Finally they customer support services is pretty good, if the email and chat is not enough: they open a call schedule system to solve your problems the same day.
