I joined instant funded trader
I joined instant funded trader. I was owed $560. I transferd from deel to my bank account. The money never came. I told this to Eric customer service and he said I need to show them my bank account statement. Then I did. He then tells me I have a different account on file. It had a different number. I told him that what I got from putting my bank info. Then he just didn’t reply. These guys are scam artist and you have no way to hold them accountable. Anyone that’s a day trader or anything ...

Great Customer Service. I want to change my email address so I reached out for customer support. That time Mr Nurudeen is handling my query he ask me several questions along with selfi with my ID and Note. I provide all details ASAP. Then he had changed my email id within 2 min really great service ever seen.
