My documents could not be verified because my country was not yet supported by their services (it was also not on the list of blocked countries).After a few fruitful discussions with their support and compliance team, few days later, I received an email informing me that my account had been verified, and my country also appears on the selection lists.I highly recommend them for this, because they went as far as doing the proper research, and changes to accommodate my country based on my request.
