I love using Deel platform to hire workers around the world because they make the flow so easy to use. I can create contractor or employee contract under 5-10 minutes. Their platform and teams also have great knowledge of each country's labor law which help me a ton because I don't need to do much research to stay compliant since they help me with all of that.
