Deel just works as a contractor and an employer (I have used both sides) the ability to manage contracts, access money and get paid instantly are very good

Handling taxes made easy
Pretty straightforward and very simple to follow through. I think the platform offers just about everything you need. What I found very attractive was the ability to handle taxes and legal compliance as per country requirements. This alone saves a ton of time and money.

Hands down the best tool for HR
Hands down the best tool for anyone who is HR or manages staff. Compensation packages, documents, time off, and anything else related to employee management is right there. I recommend!

It simply works as you expect! which is a lot
As a contractor, Deel simply works as you can expect. Money flow really fast and secure without fees for transfering to Bank accounts and Wise.
