Good solution, weird communication

What do you like best? The solution is easy to use and while it is not as feature rich as big and very expensive CPQ software that is also on the market, you can really do a lot with it. What do you dislike? What I find very weird is their overall communication. It seems obvious that this company is picking up a lot of new customers and that their onboarding works well in my experience. Robust and very user-friendly CPQ tool

What do you like best? The biggest differentiation between dealhub and other CPQ tools I've evaluated are ease of use for both admin and end user, time to launch and expense. You really can launch in just a few weeks, and the tool makes it easy for admins to make adjustments quickly and easily. The dealroom is a great feature. Great Service, Customizable CPQ, Responsive team

What do you like best? The product is highly customizable and the Implementation Manager from DealHub is knowledgeable, responsive and very accommodating. What do you dislike? don't have any dislikes - if I have suggestions, I will let the team know. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating Quotes/Order forms with multiple options (ie. multiple quotes), syncing back to salesforce, redlining features.

An Overall Nice Interface Suited For Specific Industries

What do you like best? As far as a comprehensive, user-friendly, multi-user enabled software goes, DealHub is a great platform with a lot of nice offerings. It's very simple to use in terms of getting your company's deals, packages, quotes and pricing visible and ready to send over to a client, and it makes the process easy for vendors and potential customers alike. Dealhub feets exactly to our needs

What do you like best? We lately implemented Dealhub in our organization, it really helped us to build a clear, structured proposals process by the way it's all structured as a guided selling playbook. The system itself is easy for configuration and we like the fact that it's also easy for users to adopt. Great product for growing teams

What do you like best? Flexability of the tool, it has many of the features you need to complete even to most complex qutoes. It also is very easy to configure and scale to meet you unique needs. Not sure if it's how we implemented, or if DealHub is just very rigid

What do you like best? I like that it is integrated with Salesforce, instead of using an Excel sheet we were using previously. What do you dislike? We've gone through over 34 versions of updates but it is still broken within our SFDC environment.
