Good solution, weird communication

What do you like best? The solution is easy to use and while it is not as feature rich as big and very expensive CPQ software that is also on the market, you can really do a lot with it. What do you dislike? What I find very weird is their overall communication. Robust and very user-friendly CPQ tool

What do you like best? The biggest differentiation between dealhub and other CPQ tools I've evaluated are ease of use for both admin and end user, time to launch and expense. You really can launch in just a few weeks, and the tool makes it easy for admins to make adjustments quickly and easily. The dealroom is a great feature. Great Service, Customizable CPQ, Responsive team

What do you like best? The product is highly customizable and the Implementation Manager from DealHub is knowledgeable, responsive and very accommodating. What do you dislike? don't have any dislikes - if I have suggestions, I will let the team know. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating Quotes/Order forms with multiple options (ie. multiple quotes), syncing back to salesforce, redlining features.

Not sure if it's how we implemented, or if DealHub is just very rigid

What do you like best? I like that it is integrated with Salesforce, instead of using an Excel sheet we were using previously. What do you dislike? We've gone through over 34 versions of updates but it is still broken within our SFDC environment.
