I've loved DCDial ever since we had our initial demo with Haze. I'm continually impressed by DCDial's functionality. The number of inbound calls has grown so dramatically with the automation that they did for us, that we had to hire a few other people for only answering inbound calls and handling requests.

Perfect for remote work
It wasn't easy to run our business with all of the virus-related emergencies. We had to start working from home to keep everyone safe but DCDial platform made the adjustment process easy. It is a perfect solution for remote businesses as you can always monitor your agents via the platform.
