What do you like best about Databook? Being able to deep dive with insights and drill into financials, see competitors and formulate an up to date account plan fast. Great that it is integrated into Dynamics CRM and integrated customer product/ sales revenue. What do you dislike about Databook? Missing some key feild on financials sometimes.The UI is a bit clunky, but it might be more to do with the integration into CRM. I wish there were more companies in the database, but I do like that you can request a company to be researched/added if they do not exist yet. Response times for this could be quicker though.
