What do you like best about Databook? Databook provides insights into priorities of customers. Also how customers compare to competitors strengths and weakness. This provides an opportunity to help a customer with solutions to modernize and excel of other competitors. What do you dislike about Databook? There can be a lack of information regarding private companies. You'll have to do more research in available competitors or similar companies to gain insights into private companies. What ...

What do you like best about Databook? I attended a couple of open hours session hosted by Databook's SMEs, during those sessions I was waiting still for my access. Once I gained access, I had the immediate need to be trained. What do you like best about Databook? Executive Contacts Priorities on their annual plan. Linking their customer preferences with a potential AWS Solution What do you dislike about Databook? Contacts have only names, not email or tel. Does not include details by country. For example Daikin. The report is for Japan and HQ, but not USA. What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you? Quickly understand the customer's priorities.

What do you like best about Databook? I like that Databook gives you a starter presentation for a Customer account to get you 80% done of what you want to pitch with them. What do you dislike about Databook? Two of my accounts which are smaller mid-market shops are not available but I requested them to be added. What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me to undersand which things are most important to the C suite personas by account.
