What do you like best about Darwinbox? Darwin box is a great HRMS tool where we can view org wide employees and their designations, hierarchy and much more. It also allows us to have access to our pay slips, reports, feedback etc.

What do you like best about Darwinbox? It is a one stop solution and has so many features, you won't even know you needed. Apart from a HRMS tool that offers all services like attendance tracking, payroll management, tax filing, leave application, employee self service portal to name a few, Darwinbox offers great Application Tracking services too. Employees can noe see internal job postings and send their referrals and also track the status of these referalls.

What do you like best about Darwinbox? We have used the Darwinbox system to centralize the employee management so that everyone in the organization, i.e., employees and the HR team, can get everything they want all in one place for better utilization of the resources.

End-to-end Attendance Management Tool

What do you like best? Easy to use and navigate. Simple and intuitive interface. Covers all HR needs in one software. What do you dislike? While the desktop version looks great, the mobile app needs a lot of improvement in terms of speed and UI design. The payroll modules also need some work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mostly attendance and leave management. Updating attendance and applying/tracking leaves have become a lot simpler.

What do you like best? The system is pretty user friendly and self-explanatory for the end user. What do you dislike? Their customer support needs improvement and they are not always available.
