Incredibly creepy experience. I (employee, not business owner) visited the Dancing Numbers site to find some information about how to fix a file from a backup. Within an hour they CALLED THE BUSINESS to "help" me. The call got to me because they used the name Intuit, and I was the one working on the problem. Scam organization

They appear to be a scam organization of some type based in India. Every time I contacted support, they always wanted to screen share with my computer. Even for something as simple as getting a "serial number" to try their software. They really should not need to screen share to provide me with a working 5 digit code to enable the trial.

Dancing Numbers alleviated all my anxiety!

PROS: Makes what QuickBooks desktop WON'T do possible! I had tried running a report in QB that was missing a vital piece and thought I may have to do all of 2020 manually into a spreadsheet and the folks at Dancing Numbers helped me not have to do that!
