Some areas may not have 24/7 support but the important thing is your ticket is followed up really quickly. I have no qualms about performance and pricing. It’s designed for personal use, mainly video streamers and torrent addicts like me. If you run into trouble the website has a knowledge base with search filter to help you zero in on your issue. Using it is also no hassle for me.
