Satisfaction
I have been very satisfied with this service, however, there were problems a few weeks ago when CyberGhost wouldn't connect. It was also interfering with my Internet connection, causing me much frustration. Since reporting it, everything is working well again. Thank you so much, tech people. In spite of the hiccups I still highly recommend this product (and the support).

Good VPN but some issues
The App on my mobile keeps connecting by itself, this disables wifi calling.I have never (after several months) been able to connect to bbc iplayer.The desktop app works well, and has lots of features.Support are always quick to respond.
