Great VPN service but delay with customer service when there is a problem...
Been a customer of Cyberghost for around 5 years and have today renewed again for 3 years + 3 months at a great price. Only gripe I have is over all the time I have been a Cyberghost customer I have had to contact there customer services around 4 or 5 times and there has always been an unacceptable delay which I find frustrating, shame because otherwise this Company give a fantastic service, it gets better in all other ways, there customer service needs a boost and I'm sure for me ...
