I am extremely dissasatisfied
I am extremely dissasatisfied. I signed up mainly to be able to watch Disneyplus and for two months it will not connect - it gets stuck on a black screen. Wrote to tech support and got a reply - but it didn't change anything - got one one time, and now again back to the same problem. Such a disappointing waste of money.

Excellent
Very good value, very simple UI. Works seamlessly on all IOS and MacOS devices. Substantial improvement to broadband speed which was obviously being throttled back by ISP.

CG works great + two suggestions
CG works great. I have two suggestions:1) permit users to increase the number of machines on which CG can run. No problem charging for this.2) permit username and password to be pasted into the log in window. This will make it easier to use a password manager, such as Enpass.

I cannot get the fact that Cyberghost…
I cannot get the fact that Cyberghost VPN is the easiest, customer friendly VPN there is. It's app in MacOS is very user friendly intuitive and beautiful. I would recommend this to all my friends!

Smooth transition to Big Sur...
Even though I bought it when I was using the iMac Catalina version, after upgrading to iMac Big Sur, I did not find any problem in using it. Congratulations...!
