Good VPN, I like it!
This is the third year using CyberGhost VPN, so far so good, many countries and servers available, with friendly user-interface, and most importantly it meets my required speed performance (at least half of my ISP 300mb), also so far it never lost connection unexpectedly.

This service used to be great
I am 2.5 years into a 3 year service agreement with them. This service used to be great, however it stopped working this past weekend and took several days before it started working again. Support agent I spoke with told me I would not be able to get a refund, even though the service would not work from any device or from any network. It is finally back working again now, but based on my experience with this issue, I would not recommend this VPN service to anyone.

It was easy to join but ...
It was easy to join and everything worked perfectly to start with but I started getting "unusual logins" from Microsoft Outlook email accounts. When I investigated it seemed that even when I wasnt using CyberGhost I was being redirected to servers in Slovakia. Eventually decided it was more trouble than it was worth and cancelled my sub.
