The service has multiple faults
The service has multiple faults. It is impossible to provide the details their’support’want. You can’t delete and redos load. When you finally give up and cancel they won’t refund your money. Incompetent and immoral.

J'avais un problème de configuration de Cyberghost VPN avec mon ordinateur. Si j'activais le VPN, il coupait ma liaison internet. J'ai fait appel à l'assistance via le live chat. Le conseiller qui m'a pris en charge a tout de suite été à l'écoute et a rapidement fait preuve de compétence. Mais malgré ses manipulations, pas d'amélioration.
