Watch Out For The Small Print !!!
Paid for an 18 month plan which I would not have renewed, their UK servers frequently had a 9999ms ping which meant watch TV abroad was constantly buffering. However, I had not noticed the auto renew and they without notice took another 18 month subscription payment. Then despite my invoice clearly stating I had paid for 18 month, they only gave 12 months. Cyberghost VPN Horror!
On I 1-10-20 I downloaded Cyberghost VPN and they charged me for two email addresses or browsers I had. It is as every e-mail address or internet browser I had they would charge me for. I had Express VPN and there was only one charge for my whole computer and its contents. After trying to install and open my main browser, I had the most malicious malware attack in over 40 years of computer experience.In fact every time Cyberghost e-mailed me, I had something go wrong with my computer. VPN locked
Following six months of usage, our VPN has been locked for nearly two weeks. Several messages sent and received with CyberGhost and no changes have been made. Refund refused. Payment was made in full. Advise not to use this service.
