I want my money back
Totally not what i expected. When i put the vpn location on the US or another country it only works for Netflix and that’s not what i want. So i asked if i get my money back but i get the same email over and over again.

Cyberghost refuse refund for non-working VPN
Cyberghost initially worked fine (first 50 days). However, a software upgrade became available in Dec 2021 and after installing it my computer became slow and I lost my internet connection when VPN was turned on. I've followed all advice and suggestions given by Cyberghost support to solve the issue, including numerous re-installs of different versions of Cyberghost, but nothing has solved the issue. Cyberghost refuse to give me a refund, although I've had a non-working VPN for more than 2 ...

Herunter geladen, installiert, einen Account gemacht, meine Länder ausgesucht in denen ich in Zukunft zu Hause bin und schon ging es los. Es scheint egal zu sein wie belegt die Server sind, es funktioniert immer gut. Man wird dann im gleichen Land auf einen anderen Server umgeleitet, ohne es im Ablauf zu merken.
