Out of nowhere CyberGhost decided to remove the ability to manually choose wanted servers, and I can see I am not the only one wanting this, I already cancelled my subscription, don't tell me you guys took away the hassle of picking the best servers, like you answer the rest with exact same question? why on earth remove something that apparently I am not the only one who wants? is it that hard make the user choose easy or for us the maybe harder way, which we need? Effective and user friendly
Excellent support and R&D. Useful updates keep your product current. FYI, build a personal server list to save time when connecting. Best VPN I've usd in the past 10 years.

Excellent Software
Excellent, simple and no hassle software. I mainly use it on my phone but occasionally on my PC when shopping or gaming. Nicely priced too. I tried NordVPN but it has no servers in the Philippines and my wife needed that as it's her home country. Surfshark was cheap but so fiddly to use so I refunded. This by far is the best I have used and will continue to do so. Just choose a country and click. Simple.Thanks Cyberghost!

The app was slow and very rarely worked…
The app was slow and very rarely worked and used to freeze my laptop. The customer service was painful like pulling teeth. I asked to cancel my subscription to which I was greeted to let’s try and sort when all I wanted was to cancel. Which then lead to me sending my transaction Id number on the first email to then get another 8 emails asking for this when if they bothered to read the email they would have seen what they needed . Maybe in future just do as the customer says and don’t Waste ...
