CyberGhost is probably what you are looking for
CyberGhost is awesome. They offer the BEST rates and give you the security that the more expensive vpn's offer. I have yet to notice a decrease in download speeds when connected,plus your membership covers multiple devices and you have a very large and diverse number of servers to choose from. I switched from the much more expensive nord and have been very pleased for a few months now. If you're on the fence go ahead and pull the trigger you'll be happy I promise.

Everything is good for all 100% in Ghost VPN
First of all, Ghost VPN works well on all my devices and wifi networks.Secondly, speed of responce is very good, that it is comfortable for online playing, that I doAt last, I wanna mention, that on network, that I use there are lots of blockers of content, such as games streaming services and VPN solves all the problems with it.Sorry for my poor english, I'm russian, it is a bit difficult for me to express in English
