Value for money
Value for money. Customer Service always sorts out my problems {usually user incompetence!} I love the fact that my pc is 'somewhere' in England, yet my IP always shows that I'm 'somewhere' in the USA!

The Rep I spoke with was great! Understood my issue, repeated it back to make sure we were on the same page, explained clearly for me, and solved the problem quickly, professionally, and courteously. Very impressed and pleased with your Customer Service, and the product as well. I use it on my Windows PC, Android tablet and cell phone...no usage problems for me at all.

Not totally free from missing…
Not totally free from missing frames/pauses using UK-vpn-connectin to ITV in an ASUSwrt router, but much better than ExpressVPN. I would be nice to be able to use the dedicated VPN-server for ITV in the router as in the app. Or maybe WireGuard protocol witch is faster, as i understand it.

Worked straight out of the box , so to speak, unlike two other well known VPN's, easy to use and does everything I need from a VPN.

I used Cyberghost for 2 years
I used Cyberghost for 2 years, and I was very satisfied that the work speed did not decrease. now i got a free vpn from the company so i had to cancel the usage. but I was very pleased with it.

Excellent VPN
Installation went fast and easy. Connecting to a country is fast and steady. No need to be a computer nerd to have it working, like the first VPNs I was using back then... The price is excellent for the service provided and the fact that the cost to renew the subscritpion is not seriously increased or doubled like many VPNs I know, is definitely a plus. I do recommend this serive.
