Speedy refund
After trying Cyber Ghost for a day, I realized that it wasn't quite working for me as I hoped. So I contacted customer service about a refund, and only 2 days later I received the money back. Getting your money back can sometimes be a hassle, but Cyber Ghost did exactly as they promised. I like that, hence the 5 stars.
