Once I signed up for the 2-year…
Once I signed up for the 2-year subscription and downloaded the app, I had compatibility problems between software on my PC that I wasn't able to resolve. After an initial recovery attempt with technical assistance, I was unable to resolve the problem. Therefore, with regret, I proceeded to request a refund. Fast procedure and seriousness of the company which respected what was promised lead me to express an excellent opinion.
