Excellent customer experience
Even though I was cancelling my subscription for non technical reasons the support team were quick to respond and react to my request, like they say, no questions asked. Based on my experience I am very likely to go back to them in future and would recommend CyberGhost to friends and family.

I recently renewed my subscription and I messed up and paid twice. Fortunately I contacted tech support who passed the information along to the billing department. A little later on I received an email stating that they had arranged to refund my over payment and it would show up on my credit card. No hassles just told them the problem and they took care of it.

CyberGhost VPN was the answer to my prayers!
It was easy to setup, worked correctly the first time. I was able to configure it to automatically start with Windows, and auto-login to my dedicated IP so the entire experience has been totally transparent and the speed has been as good as I was getting without the VPN.. no noticeable slow-downs.
