What do you like best? Searching for our Event Venues is such an easy and user friendly experience. I can see locations, venue details, sizes, dimensions, etc. etc. Cvent has all of the information for you in such a way that you can just look and see exactly what you need! What do you dislike? Efficient event management tool
What do you like best? As a nonprofit planning events for school leaders, I like that the registration process is simple, has options, and has an easy check in system using Cvent On Arrival. What do you dislike? When I have a question about something, I often had to spend time clicking through many FAQ's pages before I often give up and call. Best adaptable, user and client registration system
What do you like best? The ability to customize and adapt the system to an organization's unique needs. The On Arrival feature. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike. I like the product and will recommend Recommendations to others considering the product I highly recommend What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We require a open system and allows anyone to register. We need fast and hassle free and that's what we get with Cvent.

Cvent does everything!
What do you like best? There is no limit to what it can do (as of now when it comes to organizing and planning. What do you dislike? It's not always the most intuitive system. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's the best way to get all event info in one place and simply pull reports to analyze results and help plan for next year.

Good Strong System Without Boundries
What do you like best? I like being able to make changes to everything in some way shape or form. What do you dislike? I dislike how many windows I have to go through to make those changes. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The business benefit that we realized is being able to change the language for the site practically everywhere, down to the buttons which I didn't realize you couldn't do with any other system.

Easy to use, Professional Software for Event Registration
What do you like best? The registration site is very modern and appealing, and CVENT copied our website look. The customer service is always available to help guide us step by step to editing something. The OnArrival program is a very appealing iPad style registration style for on-site badge printing etc. What do you dislike? I wish the email system included templates and HTML to help us create more attractive emails. Recommendations to others considering the product Email templates ...

Good flexible site. Great CS
What do you like best? I really the fact that the support line is always helpful, broken down into categories and the wait times are very short. What do you dislike? Perhaps too many options, but that is a slight negative as it always for more flexibility. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hosting of an Annual and Interim meeting registration site.

A concise hub for event management activities
What do you like best? Cvent brings most all of our primary event planning, management and feedback tools in one place. The Cvent account features are easy to use with clear instructions on how to get started with each option. We can import contacts from other customer service applications and use them for email invites and attendee management with Cvent. One of the best Event Management Tool to manage almost everything in one place!
What do you like best? It's a great tool for creating and managing all our events in one place online including surveys, reporting, website configuration and integration with other platforms. What do you dislike? Out of the box Cvent Integration has very limited functionality and is limited to only Contact Object. I wish we were able to map/sync other related objects using default integration. We also had hard time dealing with data management problems since account level settings ...

Great Event Management Tool!!
What do you like best? The platform as a whole has many features to make it easy for event planners to manage their events from start to finish. The user face is clean and easy to navigate and very customizable to what we want to do. It is also very easy on the attendee side - very straightforward and simple.
