Easy to use, great customer service for when it wasn't

What do you like best? The fast response from our reps that helped us manage sticky situations when we were unsure what to do. The ease of use was also very important, helped us manage our time much better. What do you dislike? Very repetitive process for putting in discount codes. Useful for event tracking and content creation

What do you like best? The content creation is probably the best part - allows someone not great with aesthetics to still create something of good quality and style What do you dislike? The software is finnicky, but I'm not sure that is their fault - computer software often is What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I think it's been most useful for tracking our invitees which we used to do via excel spreadsheet

User Friendly Event Site

What do you like best? The new Flex site is a big improvement on user friendliness. Easy site generation. Customized report for easy organization. Customer support is always very helpful and very responsive. The back end links are pretty organized and easy to browse when. What do you dislike? Sometimes the back end stuff is quite confusing. Good registration software

What do you like best? Cvent's registration and seating assignments have worked really well for our foundation. The reporting feature is incredibly easy to use and saves time from counting rows of data. What do you dislike? There are a lot of features that are "in development" but never apply to us. What do you like best? Cvent's event management platform allows us to track the event holistically. Reporting is great! What do you dislike? Releasing Flex was an awesome upgrade but there are many features under Flex that aren't available. What do you like best? I love being able to use the Suppliers tools to create, send out and keep track of RFPs. Once we've chosen a location, I like the process to create a registration site.
