IMHO review of Cvent

What do you like best? Lots of features and covers all aspects of event planning and registration What do you dislike? Too many different sections/areas, wish it was consolidated and easier-to-use and navigate What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing invites, registration, sessions, etc. We don't have to use other tools and everything is managed in one place. It also integrates with Salesforce, Eloqua, and sends Outlook Calendar Invites.

Flex

What do you like best? It's very user friendly. I like it that I know how to make changes quickly instead of looking for it for a long time What do you dislike? not all functions are available. ..I tried it and hoping it'd have everything then built a site, and realized certain functions are missing... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? wish they'd rolled it out when all functions are available

The change that is needed to Event Management Software!

What do you like best? I like how you can easily plug and play any questions and any creative solution you may think of can easily be put into motion with Flex. What do you dislike? I dislike the amount of HTML knowledge that is needed. If it doesn't work smoothly then you either need to have CVENT help you or figure out how to edit in HTML. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you like ease of setup and great customer service then switch to Cvent. What problems ...

What do you like best? I like the emailing functions and customization. I also like the ease of creating custom web pages. What do you dislike? I dislike that when you make a custom data tag or custom registration questions it sticks around in every event. I also dislike that is saves registrant's emails and remembers them, which causes issues when we have the same people attending multiple conferences. Cvent will auto populate their previous information from a different conference. ...

What do you like best? I like that Cvent Flex is streamlining website and registration build, with all-in-one resources for management, operations and marketing. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that you can quickly register for the event and come back in to make any changes, etc. with minimum hassle. What do you dislike? I didn't personally build an event, but from the user end, I think continued visual/aesthetic improvements would be good. Very robust tool for event management

What do you like best? It is a very robust tool with many features. Anything you think you will need to launch an event, Cvent will have it. The integration with Salesforce makes it easy to report and track leads in our CRM. What do you dislike? Page designing can be difficult if you do not have html/css skills.
