What do you like best? I find CVENT pretty user friendly on my end. It's straightforward and there are excellent community resources. Cvent does the job, but it's not the best

What do you like best? The customer service team is very helpful What do you dislike? Currently, there's not enough customization options in Flex in terms of designing websites, registration systems, and emails. I like the introduction of widgets in Flex, but they're not dynamic enough. Also, in general, Cvent is not intuitive or user-friendly. Also, the fact that we have to upload a screenshot to this survey to prove that we logged into Cvent is ludicrous. Recommendations to others ...

Cvent Flex makes things look nice!

What do you like best? I like that Cvent Flex has a new and updated look. What do you dislike? I dislike that it is a new process for our folks using Cvent to learn. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I work mostly with the fiscal side of Cvent. They are helpful when problem-solving, but can be sometimes inaccurate and slow in sharing information.

Cvent is great, but FLEX isn't yet.

What do you like best? I think CVENT has a lot of great features all baked into one solution - but their new website builders need a lot of work. What do you dislike? FLEX - FLEX needs a lot of work - the fact that a lot of features are turned off and you can't use them because you're building your event in flex is crappy. CVENT Review

What do you like best? I like that CVENT allows customers to register with discounts and that each event page can be so customization. What do you dislike? It is not super user friendly. Customers have trouble understanding how to work the platform and modify their registration. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We do not have to use paper applications now for people signing up for our events.

A solution for conferences and tradeshows

What do you like best? Cvent Flex has a clean design, an easy to use interface, and interactive reporting tools. What do you dislike? More and more, cvent is becoming a tool for conferences and tradeshows, getting away from the planners that use it for dinners/luncheons/receptions. Attempts to be more intuitive and fails

What do you like best? The front end is light years better in appearance than the previous cvent designs What do you dislike? Because of a clunky user experience and poorly thought out registrant flow it is awkward to setup and awkward for registrants unless the event is extremely simple. Good tool, terrible customer service

What do you like best? We find it very useful to have all our registrants and attendees in one place, and love the ease of collecting RSVPs What do you dislike? It was so difficult to get the Marketo integration set up, and because we set it up after starting to collect RSVPs for an event it wouldn't tell us who said they would attend before the integration was put in place. Flex is a much needed upgrade

What do you like best? I like the ability to design the website will looking at it. It's an easier version than the standard registration. What do you dislike? It still has some unintuitive features as the standard registration does. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to keep much better data about our events, who attends and it is helping our school development and prospective sponsorships.

Not intuitive

What do you like best? I like that Cvent event pages can be designed to look appealing. What do you dislike? I don't like that the back end of Cvent is not intuitive at all and you need hour-long trainings to do basic things. I also don't like that one page on the back end doesn't always speak to another, so you're made to do double work inputting the same information.
