A stellar system for planning
What do you like best? I love that you can create the website in modular pieces that are adaptable and changeable. You can create so many different looks and integrate so many different options like security, maps, travel, etc. The easy interface allows anyone to create a beautiful site. What do you dislike? Love Cvent
What do you like best? Cvent is a great tool and simple to use for my registration needs. If I have questions, I can easily contact the help desk and they are always there 24/7 to assist! What do you dislike? I would like to see better integration with American Express Travel so our airline reservations link to the registration process. What do you like best? The efficiencies, It was easy to fill out my registration. What do you dislike? Did not find anything I disliked. The system walked me thru the process and it was easy. What do you like best? The widgets on Flex and how simple it is to create an event. What do you dislike? Some aspects of the widgets are not customizable and can get frustrating. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of registrants; the reporting is helpful.

Good tool, terrible customer service
What do you like best? We find it very useful to have all our registrants and attendees in one place, and love the ease of collecting RSVPs What do you dislike? It was so difficult to get the Marketo integration set up, and because we set it up after starting to collect RSVPs for an event it wouldn't tell us who said they would attend before the integration was put in place. We then reached out to customer service who said they fixed the issue even though to this day we still don't ...

Great Product
What do you like best? I love the easy functions and its very user friendly. What do you dislike? It's hard to figure certain processes out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Registration has been a breeze and running reports really helps our firm.
