I really enjoy Cvent.

What do you like best? I love Cvent customer service. The system is user friendly. What do you dislike? That the pages don't auto save. The pages take a long time to load at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It eased our on-site registration process.

Lots of functionality, easy to use!

What do you like best? The support teams, they are awesome and always ready to help! What do you dislike? Sometimes certain functionalities are hard to find, have to search or always call support team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Running custom reports, to get answers to specific reGISTRATION questions. Benefits - you can customize exactly how you want it!

Cvent is Imperative for all Event Planners

What do you like best? Cvent makes inviting a large number of attendees to an event easier. Not to mention you can register attendees, book air travel and hotel rooms, and conduct surveys all from the same platform. What do you dislike? Setting up the event website is not the most user-friendly, however with Cvent Flex, I think it will be much easier and more user-friendly! Cvent Flex makes creating professional looking registration sites easy!

What do you like best? Cvent allows us to manage multiple events seamlessly. The new Flex platform is very user friendly and intuitive and has really allowed us to create professional and visually interesting registration websites and coordinating email campaigns. Plus their customer service is amazing! What do you dislike? Cvent has been a game-changer!

What do you like best? WIth Cvent, we no longer have to worry about organizing our attendee responses, tracking down those who do not register or pouring over endless Excel files. What do you dislike? So far, I have not found a downside!!!!! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problems that surround an ever-growing workforce within our company and keeping track of who needs invited to which events! Cvent has been a huge time-saver.

Flex Is Gorgeous

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to navigate the website, especially the website and communication design features. What do you dislike? The design of the site seems fragmented. You have really classic capabilities and then you have cutting-edge. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I would like to allow guests to register. The benefit is the ease of registration, people are much more inclined and having a better experience.

What do you like best? The ease of setting up your event and knowing that the look and feel will work on both desktop and mobile devices What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love how user friendly the FLEX site designer is. It is very responsive on multiple platforms and adjusts well for any mobile device. I appreciate the freedom the site designer gives me in branding and ensuring a quality site for our clients. What do you dislike? I do not like the emarketing side of Cvent. It is not user friendly. What do you like best? I loved using the event in a box! My attendees were so impressed at the ease and professionalism it provided us as their first impression of our conference. The event center that we used even asked us for information on it so they could recommend it to other clients. What do you dislike?
