User Friendly

What do you like best? I like how it is very user friendly, if you have no experience using a registration software it is not difficult to learn. What do you dislike? Being able to customize certain things and having to pay for additional items such as CPE tracking. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to reach someone via chat very quickly is a huge plus.

What do you like best? Cvent Flex is so easy to use - drag and drop! It was life changing. I feel more confident after 3 months using Cvent than i did from 3 years of our old events platform. What do you dislike? I think there is still room for improvement, mainly flexibility for different event needs. What do you like best? I love the widget based building format for websites and registrations. As a person with no webdesign experience it makes it easy for me to create great looking sites with minimal effort. What do you dislike? Cvent has such various hotel selections.

What do you like best? I like they get back to me quick. Cvent is very useful and efficient. It is very easy to access their web page and request what I need. What do you dislike? I would like to see more hotel details; such as breakfast. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is easy to find hotels.

What do you like best? Ease of use and connectivity with other product offerings. What do you dislike? Features that are not yet active with flex such as registration tracks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cvent is the only platform I have used in my current role but the reporting and tracking benefits are very helpful and time-saving.

Cvent os great - wouldn't receommend any other platform!

What do you like best? The new site designer, ease of creating websites, parked reports, , new reporting system that downloads in a more visually appealing way. It's also nice being able to upload your colors and fonts into the platform for ease when editing emails websites. What do you like best? With Cvent's broad hold on so many aspects of the event industry, I feel confident that our needs will be met as our events needs evolve over time.
