A pretty solid product

What do you like best? How everything is tied together. You can input data in one place and then it populates where it needs to be seen in other places. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Cvent is great for tracking registrations and payments. The ease of customizing pages is great! What do you dislike? The reporting is a bit clunky but we found ways to work around it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking registrations and the abandoned registrations feature is great.

Cvent Flex Review

What do you like best? I find it fairly easy to duplicate the events and to manage the features that are enabled. What do you dislike? I feel like they don't always take customer feedback as feature requests. The process of managing walk-up onsite registrations leaves much to be desired and the email builder is extremely frustrating. The tech support is not helpful and basically just tells you that everything you ask about is "in development" or "on our product roadmap" or "it's coming ...

What do you like best? I like the ease of moving the widgets onto the builder. I think there are lots of varied options that make the website look good in the end. The templates also worked well for us and once we figured out how to customize the colors the website looked good. What do you dislike? A good platform for events that don't require much customization

What do you like best? It is really helpful to have 24/7 support via online chat. The team is nice and transmit calm, which is very welcome when we are stressed over our event responsibilities. Although they cannot help in some cases, when it involves the appointments feature or development issues for instance, they are always glad to set a call with those who can solve the problem. What do you like best? I do enjoy the ability to have a customizable event page that and the webpage building is better than the old standard. What do you dislike? Cvent is great but Flex still needs improvement

What do you like best? I love being able to customize our registration pages on Flex and match it with our logo colors and control the size of photos and fonts unlike in standard. What do you dislike? I do not like that in Flex you cannot bulk edit hotel requests. In order to edit a hotel request I have to completely delete it in order to make the change. What do you like best? I like that you can make changes in one place and then it changes all the rest . What do you dislike? That there are still some features not available (from express Recommendations to others considering the product: I would take as many training courses as possible to familiarize yourself with all of the cVent features. What do you like best? It is very user-friendly. Being able to watch the training videos as you go is great. Being able to chat with someone when you have an immediate problem is also a very strong factor why I like Cvent so much. Customer relations are very important in my industry, What do you dislike?
