I really enjoy Cvent.

What do you like best? I love Cvent customer service. The system is user friendly. What do you dislike? That the pages don't auto save. The pages take a long time to load at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It eased our on-site registration process.

All Encompassing for Events

What do you like best? This platform works across the entire spectrum of an event: planning, execution and post event. It makes executing an event seamless, removes human error with registering and communicating, and speed up the check-in process. What do you dislike? CVENT is a must for any event planning!

What do you like best? The fact that just about EVERY aspect and little detail of your event can be customizable! You can ask questions, get answers, and have each registrant have a full experience. What do you dislike? The verbiage that is used within the event planning tools can get very confusing and ambiguous. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to streamline the process and gather as much data as I need, even more!

CVENT is the last stop when it comes to event management software

What do you like best? The thing I like the most about CVENT is the fact that it can do pretty much anything I need to do to accommodate the clients requests and wishes, be it a small event or high-end complex one. What do you dislike? Having so many features is a blessing and a curse. Although CVENT can do everything under the sun, locating those functionalities can be troublesome. What do you like best? Registration is super easy for both the attendee and the meeting planner. Reporting tools are great. Good for speaker management. What do you dislike? Sometimes you have to do a lot of steps for things that should be simple, ie. when you add a new session you have to create the session, then add it to the appropriate group, then add it to every single reg type so they can see the new session when they register. It is a breath of fresh air and much more user friendly!

What do you like best? It is more customizable and easier to change when event details change. What do you dislike? Some features aren't available yet, like invitation forwarding. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do the trainings! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Most of our users don't receive emails from cvent, since they go to their junk folders or cyberspace.

Very useful has some minor defects but overall it is great!

What do you like best? The reports, you can find everything there but you have to train people on how to upload the information correctly. What do you dislike? You can't force people to select their departure and return airport which becomes a nightmare if they don't because then you have to email them to ask for their missing air information. Cvent has been a game-changer!

What do you like best? WIth Cvent, we no longer have to worry about organizing our attendee responses, tracking down those who do not register or pouring over endless Excel files. What do you dislike? So far, I have not found a downside!!!!! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problems that surround an ever-growing workforce within our company and keeping track of who needs invited to which events! Cvent has been a huge time-saver.
