Flex still needs to flex a bit more

What do you like best? It is great that the mobile app and registration platforms talk to each other and make integration and transfer of information much easier. What do you dislike? For a tool that is built for planners it seems there is often very simple tools, options, components that are overlooked and make the use not as fluid and intuitive as it can be. CVENT - Great for Event Handling

What do you like best? CVENT makes creating and handling all our event registrations easy and manageable. What do you dislike? I haven't noticed to many downsides on my end. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to track our registration very effectively from year to year and make comparisons and create charts. This helps us with our marketing strategies.

What do you like best? The new site designer, ease of creating websites, parked reports, , new reporting system that downloads in a more visually appealing way. It's also nice being able to upload your colors and fonts into the platform for ease when editing emails websites. What do you like best? With Cvent's broad hold on so many aspects of the event industry, I feel confident that our needs will be met as our events needs evolve over time. Cvent has made my life so much easier

What do you like best? Cvent has increased our ability to efficiently manage events - I don't know how I got by without this tool before! They also have extremely responsive customer service and the team is knowledgeable when answering questions. What do you dislike? We had one small hiccup with a miscommunication on the Cvent side. We were supposed to be using badge printing onsite but for some reason they sent us the printer and materials without enabling the software on the ...

Cvent helped ease our travel planning woes.

What do you like best? Cvent really helps with communicating logistics to attendees and keeping customer information organized and available in one spot. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I appreciate the drag and drop aspect for our one-day conferences. What do you dislike? After spending so much time learning HTML, I have found that a faster option for editing.
