Very convenient
What do you like best? I love the step by step instructions. The support team is also very responsive. What do you dislike? There are a few limitations with the payment options and discounting options. Recommendations to others considering the product: Very easy to use! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating more options with discounting.

Flex Makes Events Easy!
What do you like best? Customer Support, Ability to Customize Events, Reporting Features...Flex is great! What do you dislike? There are still several tweaks Cvent is making and addressing (such as occasional errors, addition of attendee review tab etc. Once these features are incorporated, it will enhance the experience. What do you like best? I love the event registration portion where attendees can register, make hotel accommodations and build their schedules all in one. What do you dislike? Being a new administrator to the program, the build takes time and small mistakes are hard to catch prior to sending to attendees. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Faster registration and event planning condensed into one place.

What do you like best? I like the new flex system. Its a lot easier to use and it looks a lot better. I have been able to revamp a lot of the companies look through this system. What do you dislike? Flex - Fantastic!
What do you like best? The new features with flex in building a site are so much easier and user friendly than classic. It also makes registration paths easier. What do you dislike? Classic and HTML are extremely non-user friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Have had issues sending invitations and people receiving them.

What do you like best? The creativity I can add to the sites. Example photo's, Information tabs, etc. What do you dislike? Some aspects I have are "required" yet when I pull a report, some fields do not show what was required. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Industry leading for a reason
What do you like best? I love the custom registration paths, custom event site and ability to update without coding. Great having a central location for all information. Love On Arrival and that there are many other add on features to improve our reputation and attendee overall experience. Cvent has been a helpful tool
What do you like best? There are so many ways to use Cvent for your benefit. The supplier network, meetings request form, calendar, event registration pages, crowdcompass, etc., the list can go on. What's nice is that most of these tools talk to/work with one another so you don't have to go to different systems to get the job done. Wonderful product! I would highly recommend CVENT!
What do you like best? CVENT is a great product. I have only been using it for three months and already feel like I could handle almost any scenario on my own.
