Management orientation program

What do you like best? the website is easy to navigate for our attendee's What do you dislike? The training video was a bit dull and hard to keep my attention. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We didn't have too many problems with Cvent. When we had any, it was easy to content our rep for assistance.

A cumbersome but effective tool

What do you like best? Some aspects of create events are relatively simple and straight forward. CVENT also offers a lot of features for events, which help supports a variety of event types. What do you dislike? CVENT feels like a dated tool. The UI, while functional, feels old. The organization doesn't always make sense. Great experience! Lots of leads

What do you like best? I like that on Cvent the leads are qualified and you can easily weed through the nonsense. What do you dislike? I don't really like the reminder emails. Sometimes I cannot reply until I get an answer on my end and that can take a few days. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving having to go out and find qualified leads. It is great that the leads come to you!

Overwhelmed

What do you like best? keeps events well organized and is a useful platform to have all event details, communication, etc. come from one source. Efficient and helpful customer service. What do you dislike? Loss of functionality between old events and flex, complex and inflexible billing structure, platform very complex when doing smaller-scale events and not large conferences. What do you like best? I love the new Flex platform. It gives us as builders so much more freedom to build the websites. It is no longer a floating box in the middle of the page, you can utilize all of the space. What do you dislike? That the full Flex platform is not yet available. We haven't been able to implement the Flex registration form yet as key items are still missing that we must have. But we have used a workaround to use the Flex website with a standard registration form. ...

What do you like best? When it comes to scheduling, presenting, and reporting for your events, cvent is the way to go. Everything that we need is in one place with a clean and easy interface. What do you like best? Useful to manage the registration page, paths, invitee information, emails, and badge printing all in one place. What do you dislike? Great all-in-one Solution for Events

What do you like best? All the various features and products that CVent integrates with - CrowdCompass, Event in a Box etc... What do you dislike? Flex is still being developed and is missing a few features. Currently, we have to do a lot of workarounds. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The ease of use in the design tool is excellent. What do you dislike? Some of the features are a little too simple for the needs or larger events with more complex registration needs but improvements are being made all the time. The staff has been super helpful and accommodating to my needs.

What do you like best? I like how there are fields for virtually everything I need for my event. I can have groups sign up, different sessions, different rates, and discounts and I love the new interface with Flex. It is way more user-friendly and easy on the eyes! What do you dislike? I dislike that I cannot add a service fee and that I cannot have groups larger than 10 people.
