Great New Interface - Wish it Could Still Toggle to HTML
What do you like best? I love the ease of use. Creating a website, email, etc and being able to pull in the common headers/footers and all the other information makes it super easy to create and make changes. And, saves time. What do you dislike? Using Cvent for event invitations, registering, checking people in is great And, I love the new Flex. However, I wish we could still toggle between HTML and Flex view like we could in classic view. Comprehensive, yet still easy to use
What do you like best? I love how all of our data is stored in a centralized location and integrates with our CRM database. We're able to have a complete picture of who our constituents are, what events they've attended, and how much they've contributed to our nonprofit all in a user-friendly, visually compelling way. Leader in Event Management Software
What do you like best? Cvent software is very easy to use tools & provides all information with detailed & their support team is very supportive. What do you dislike? I did not find any feature which I mention in the dislike column. I wish some automation related advanced features should also include. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With the help of Cvent, we managed our events easily, we can easily do planning for our upcoming event.

Amazing customer service, poor product knowledge
What do you like best? The customer service is amazing! I am treated with respect and the hotline is easy to access. What do you dislike? The Flex Plan seems too new and the back-end has SO many "rules" put in place that not everyone is aware of. It seems that it has many amazing capabilities, but there are so many requirements that are still unknown to us as well as the team. Looks great and so easy to use!
What do you like best? I like the overall simplicity of it. I am able to design and create the registration all in the same window. What do you dislike? I am not able to use it yet for the bulk of my events because there is no option for partial payment as well as optional items. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have not really been able to use it on the full scale yet because it is still lacking some functions necessary for my events.

What do you like best? All the features Cvent provides in planning and managing events of any size; large or small. What do you dislike? Great product, blows me away!
What do you like best? Cvent is very intuitive and easy to use. Even a beginner could take the wheel and drive! What do you dislike? I wish i could upload images faster! What do you like best? Dynamic, intuitive platform. Excellent customer service. What do you dislike? There are minor issues such as having to re-sort the invitee list each time you circle back to it after viewing a record. If I sort invitees by company and open one of them, I am destined to have to resort them when I want to view other invitees from the same company.
