Great New Interface - Wish it Could Still Toggle to HTML
What do you like best? I love the ease of use. Creating a website, email, etc and being able to pull in the common headers/footers and all the other information makes it super easy to create and make changes. And, saves time. What do you dislike? Using Cvent for event invitations, registering, checking people in is great And, I love the new Flex. However, I wish we could still toggle between HTML and Flex view like we could in classic view. And/or I wish we could copy event emails, etc ...

Comprehensive, yet still easy to use
What do you like best? I love how all of our data is stored in a centralized location and integrates with our CRM database. We're able to have a complete picture of who our constituents are, what events they've attended, and how much they've contributed to our nonprofit all in a user-friendly, visually compelling way. Amazing customer service, poor product knowledge
What do you like best? The customer service is amazing! I am treated with respect and the hotline is easy to access. What do you dislike? The Flex Plan seems too new and the back-end has SO many "rules" put in place that not everyone is aware of. It seems that it has many amazing capabilities, but there are so many requirements that are still unknown to us as well as the team. Leader in Event Management Software
What do you like best? Cvent software is very easy to use tools & provides all information with detailed & their support team is very supportive. What do you dislike? I did not find any feature which I mention in the dislike column. I wish some automation related advanced features should also include. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With the help of Cvent, we managed our events easily, we can easily do planning for our upcoming event.

Event registration made simple!
What do you like best? Ease of use without having to read the user guide. What do you dislike? With so many report options, finding the correct report can be challenging. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to easily manage both small and large events and payment processing.

Cvent has been extremely helpful!
What do you like best? How easy it is to customize our registration reports to be just how we want it! I like being able to move around the order of the information on the report to be just like I want it. Also, so many options of questions to ask our customers when they register for our event! Another thing, it is my job to find venues to host our events, and Cvent makes it so simple to find all the options for each city we are going to, as well as their contact information. What do ...

Great new features!
What do you like best? I love the designer features, makes everything much more appealing! I used to struggle with the aesthetics of our old platforms but everything looks great now! What do you dislike? A lot to learn at once, but once I got some practice it was a breeze! A struggle to learn all of the intricate parts of the design process and learning a lot new terminology, a lot of trail and error before learning everything. Getting there though! Great Event Marketing Platform
What do you like best? A good tool for registration management & email marketing. What do you dislike? Want more information on dashboards so I don't have to pull a report. Ability to send multiple calendar invites & segmentation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking registrations is easy. Looking at email deliverability is key. Marketing campaigns are organized well.

Pretty useful but sometimes frustrating
What do you like best? The convenience of having all the information in one place. The versatility also helps quite a bit What do you dislike? In certain situations I find making the website and pulling the reports to be not very intuitive or flexible. Cvent Flex is helping us automate our events!
What do you like best? I like how straight forward flex is compared to the old event system from Cvent. So much easier to use. What do you dislike? I still don't like the additional cost of any add-ons. We haven't been able to use the email campaign system, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
