Great tool, makes our job so much easier
What do you like best? The ability to filter, sort, and contact multiple properties at once. Each project easily saves us 10-20 hours of work. And if I have a specific need, an RFP not being responded to, a venue I would like to see included, etc... the support is usually quite prompt and fixes what is needed. What do you dislike? Cvent is a Great Comprehensive Registration Tool
What do you like best? I like having an electronic record of all of our events and attendees (and their attendance history; I use the reports for everything from billing to event email rates and more. What do you dislike? I am now using both Classic and Flex registrations and Flex takes a while to get used to, but I think in time I'll grow to like it more and more. Cvent is a great tool to use for planners
What do you like best? I have been using Cvent for about 4 years and I have seen how it has evolved to cater to all types of events. With the introduction of Flex it has made it so much easier for planners to create their own event web pages and collect important data. CVENT is a fast moving company that has a lot of great event solutions.
What do you like best? I like that CVENT is very up to date in market trends and is able to anticipate customer needs and introduce new features quite often. I also really like that CVENT has so many event solutions from the pre-event stage to the post event stage, including meeting requests, multiple options for site event design, integrations with CRM, and post-event reporting. What do you like best? Cvent is user friendly. Our account is designed with event templates and data tags making web builds much easier than with our previous platform. What do you dislike? Couldn't Plan without It!
What do you like best? The Supplier side of things and being able to issue an RFP to potential venues is incredibly helpful from the get-go. Then the website, ticket purchase ability, and overall event management is super helpful. What do you dislike? Training and getting information took a lot of time.
