Time saver!
What do you like best? Almost everything is automatic. I love that as soon as a request comes in, we must click one button, and the request is automatically transferred to our GDS. What do you dislike? Since we’re working on Flex, not on Classic, all the features aren’t available yet. What do you like best? The most helpful thing about Cvent is the support team and the many different ways to reach them. Another upside of cvent is the navigability of the site. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Customer service with Cvent is unlike anything I've ever seen. Responses to e-mail come within a few hours. Great tool.. needs improvement for user experience
What do you like best? Cvent is very user friendly, but is missing very important tools for both the creator of the website as well as the end user. There are functions from standard cvent that are missing.. making it difficult to create websites in the way they are needed. Amazing!
What do you like best? I started using Cvent about 6 months again and it has been a wonderful experience. The onboarding was seamless. Our needs are different than their typical client, but our onboarding specialist really helped us to navigate how to best use the system for our specific requirements. Flex events are super intuitive and easy to create - its a simple drag and drop. I saved hours and hours of work compared to how we used to use events. In addition, the email features allow ...

What do you like best? Cvent is so user friendly - especially on the back end. What do you dislike? I wish there was an easier way to build individual schedules. I also wish there was a better way for event planners to update class location or timing information in a faster way. It takes way too long to log into my computer and make updates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cvent has been completely problem free for my events.

A powerhouse, but clunky and unintuitive.
What do you like best? Customer service/responsiveness is top notch, clear & concise answers every time. Flexibility to adapt registration options based on the nuances of each event. Love Cvent for Event Management!
What do you like best? Cvent is very intuitive to use and once set up, the registration automation works great! I love the Flex registration build site where you can truly customize your event site. If I ever ran into issues, customer support was there to walk me through and test the site for me to ensure our attendees had a smooth process. What do you dislike? Great tool, makes our job so much easier
What do you like best? The ability to filter, sort, and contact multiple properties at once. Each project easily saves us 10-20 hours of work. And if I have a specific need, an RFP not being responded to, a venue I would like to see included, etc... the support is usually quite prompt and fixes what is needed. What do you dislike?
