What do you like best? We use OnArrival for onsite check in. We love it and so do our attendees! You can create templates and/or duplicate old events, so you don't have to create all new events from scratch. This is a big time saver. Custom contact fields and the question libraries are a huge help to keeping things streamlined from event to event. The new update to Flex makes websites and emails so customizable and beautiful. Very limited on design and a lot of steps to do something that seems very simple (ex: reporting) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to set up and Flexible

What do you like best? I like that I can easily change the look of my website design. The new Flex version allows for a smoother workflow through the design stages of the pages. Our event websites look professional and make it easy for our attendees to register. What do you dislike?
