Cvent does Wonders for Event & Meeting Planners!

What do you like best? Using Cvent shortens the time spent on sourcing venues and just about removes the entire "manaual" process of setting up a meeting or event by directly connecting you with multiple hotels and venues! What do you like best? We use OnArrival for onsite check in. We love it and so do our attendees! You can create templates and/or duplicate old events, so you don't have to create all new events from scratch. This is a big time saver. What do you like best? Good to send out invitations and keep track of invitee management What do you dislike? Very limited on design and a lot of steps to do something that seems very simple (ex: reporting) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good way to send out mass invitations especially with the “sent from” feature

Easy to set up and Flexible

What do you like best? I like that I can easily change the look of my website design. The new Flex version allows for a smoother workflow through the design stages of the pages. Our event websites look professional and make it easy for our attendees to register. What do you dislike?
