I booked a trip to conference hosted by cvent, it was spectacular

What do you like best? easy to work with the software, everything laid out well What do you dislike? I don't have any complaints in particular, they seemed to do a fine job throughout the process What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? although we didn't hire them, we used them, and it helped us book a conference seamlessly with the host of the event

We love CVENT!

What do you like best? Cvent makes planning our events so much easier. What do you dislike? The Cvent support chat is not very user-friendly. You have to wait forever, and if you look away for 30 seconds, they close out the whole thing and you have to start over. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Running reports is a huge benefit. It's easy to keep track of different fields that we need.

Our business would not survive without cvent!

What do you like best? I love that Cvent gives me the opportunity to send out my RFP to suppliers all over the world in just 10 minutes. The platform is intuitive and easy to use and I always find new hotel gems along the way! What do you dislike? There is not much I don't like about Cvent, but if I were to give a piece of feedback it would just be to update the platform to look a little more modern. What do you like best? The best things about CVent and their event management software if the level of customization available and the friendliness and knowledge of their staff. They take pride in their work and the software is so easy to use! What do you dislike? Some things can get a big confusing when it comes to reporting, but that could mostly be user error. What do you like best? The ability to manage the entire event in one place including online registration and payment is so easy. It has made managing my events a breeze. Great Product for Live Events

What do you like best? Everything is all in one place. It allowed us to collect payments easily and efficiently. What do you dislike? The setup of the site could be a little more user friendly.
