Awesome tool for our company

What do you like best? I love how all of our events and various proposals remain organized--Really helps me manage the work load. What do you dislike? The downside is the formatting of the emails but I can live with that! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits are being able to send surveys after our events and get feedback from clients AND have it stored in a place where we can refer to it for future events.

Cvent is making huge improvements

What do you like best? I have used the "classic" Cvent event for several years now, but I am super excited for the new interface that is based more on the web design (FLEX). Cvent can do everything we ask it to do...and when I can't figure it out myself, their tech support is amazing. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how customizable the different registration paths are. It allows us to pick and choose what information we need from our attendees and can even handle more sensitive payment information. What do you like best? I really enjoy how they have mad updates to the flex version, it is a lot better than the classic version. Designing a website is pretty easy, but then you get into the registration side of things, which is a whole different story. What do you like best? I love the look of the interface. It looks very clean. I love that we can search via Purchase Order number to better assist our attendees. What do you dislike? I dislike that we cannot search by group confirmation number. I also do not like that we cannot create a group invoice.
