CVENT is great but...

What do you like best? I really enjoy how they have mad updates to the flex version, it is a lot better than the classic version. Designing a website is pretty easy, but then you get into the registration side of things, which is a whole different story. Not User Friendly

What do you like best? The new format is a little better. It seems a little more attractive on the front end and I was finally able to use one report to gather all my data, rather than multiple by creating a custom report. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Once you're set up the work flow feels very streamlined. Registrations system works great. Centralized visibility and organization really helps with the overall processes. What do you like best? I like how you can take different pieces of registrants' information when you need them. Dietary needs? you can grab that, email information, you can grab that, who paid by invoice, you can filter that. What do you dislike? Where to find things isn't intuitive. For instance, if you need to adjust an amount someone paid, you click on an arrow next to their name, not their payment. What do you like best? It was easy to keep track of all of the responses and run reports directly from that weekly prior to the event. The reports were great for keeping key people informed about the progress of the event planning. What do you dislike?
