Terriable service, snake oil sales practice

What do you like best? nothing, they sold us a bill of goods, couldn't wait to get out of the contract. What do you dislike? Before purchasing we went in depth time and again what we needed the application to do for us, and we were shown flashy sites saying that they can do what we need, and we purchased the level they said would do everything. Easy to use but sometimes glitchy

What do you like best? I like the intuitive nature and knowing where to find what without much training What do you dislike? On occasion I have issues with licenses not registering or not typing something in exactly in a search where I can't find something. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Easy to use, universally known. Can easily access reporting. What do you dislike? There are some features that are limited and don't always make sense on the front end (i.e. adding a guest to an event - shouldn't have to make them select same session). Best for large companies willing to invest time and money as well as provides additional tools!

What do you like best? I think the best part about Cvent is the robust amount of information you can build out on a website and registration platform as well as the robust amount of tools you have in a singular service/provider. i.e. communications, reporting, automated messaging.
